Called in today unannounced having a problem with my hearing aid which weren’t purchased from Hear. Friendly receptionist took all my details and passed it on to Nick. This gentleman went the extra mile to sort out the issue even though the result would mean that I walked away with no sale for him and no cost to me! I went to hear to have my ear wax removed and the whole process was second to none. Everyone was polite, informative and professional. After having trouble for a while with my hearing, Sophie sorted it out for me with no problems and gave me excellent advice on how to take care my ears to prevent build up again and made me feel I was in safe hands through the whole process which was proven by the end of my appointment as my hearing is now the best it has been in a long time. 10/10 service and worth every penny when it comes to ear wax removal.

Popped in today as on holiday in the area & having problems with wax in my left ear. Luckily managed to get an appointment with Sophie who did a really good job of removing the wax with micro suction. She also pointed out another possible problem & advised me to contact my doctor on return home for further advice on the issue. I would thoroughly recommend Hear to anyone with hearing problems. From start to finish the staff have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They offer a range of hearing devices and don't force a particular brand upon you. And I have to say that their after sales service is astounding. I attended Hear in February after a noise exposure incident from earbuds with the volume up too loud and subsequent Tinnitus. Nick was very professional, assessed my hearing and took molds for protective fitted earplugs. Sadly my issue endured and I attended the clinic again to check my hearing once more. I attended in September after suddenly losing hearing in my right ear. I was seen on the same day as booking online (which was very easy). The assessment from Nick was thorough, done without any rushing, and was extremely helpful. I was given clear next steps and recommendations. Having had limited support from other health professionals prior to seeing Nick, this was reassuring. Having the clarity from my assessment motivated me to chase up additional support and expedite referrals to ENT specialists, who are now addressing my issue. Had I not come, I would likely be several months behind where I am now in my treatment. I throughly recommend this clinic for any hearing-related issues, and I cannot thank Nick enough for the advice he gave me.
